Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we can ship to Alaska and Hawaii with additional shipping costs. Please email/call us so we can get you an shipping quote. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to Hawaii & Alaska.
What if I receive something that is damaged?
This is a rare occurrence but on the occasion that it does happen we will send a replacement immediately. See our shipping and returns page for details.
Can I check the status of my order?
Each piece is made to order and takes about 5 – 10 business days to ship. When your order ships you will receive and email with a tracking number. If you have any additional questions email us at sales@Petallane.com
Can I rush my order?
Yes we charge a rush fee of $20 and will ship within 2 business days. If you would like expedited shipping there will be an additional shipping charge. Please call us and we can help you place your order.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Each piece is made to order so once production has begun changes and cancelations cannot be made. If you would like to make a change email us as soon as possible at Sales@Petallane.com.
Can I change my shipping address after I placed my order?
As long as you give us enough notice we would be happy to send your piece where you would like. Email us at Sales@Petallane.com.

What if I misspelled a word while placing my order?
If your order has not been printed we would be happy to fix the spelling for you. If you order has been printed we will work with you on pricing to get it replaced.
