How do I hang my magnet board/wall art?

Our frames are deep enough to use standard hardware. Simply put your screw into the wall/stud and hang your artwork on the lip of the frame. 

How do I hang my glass magnetic board?

Our glass magnetic dry erase boards will come included with all the proper hardware and instructions on how to hang.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

What if I receive something that is damaged?

This is a rare occurrence but on the occasion that it does happen, we will send a replacement immediately. See our shipping and returns page for details.

Can I check the status of my order?

Each piece is made to order and takes about 2-3 business days to ship. When your order ships you will receive and email with a tracking number. If you have any additional questions email us at hello@petallane.com

Can I change/cancel my order?

Each piece is made to order so once production has begun changes and cancelations cannot be made. If you would like to make a change email us as soon as possible at hello@petallane.com.

Can I change my shipping address after I placed my order?

As long as you give us enough notice we would be happy to send your piece where you would like. Email us at hello@petallane.com.

How long will it take for my products to ship?
